1. Age Requirement
All renters must be 21 years of age or older to rent a vehicle.
2. Additional Drivers
• Only drivers listed on the rental agreement are authorized to operate the vehicle.
• Unlisted drivers are strictly prohibited from driving under any circumstances.

3. Insurance Requirements
• You may use your own valid car insurance. Proof of coverage is required at the time of rental.
• If you do not have your own coverage, we offer rental insurance for $32.99.

4. Fuel Policy
• Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as when rented.
• If the fuel level is lower upon return, a $15 fuel refill fee will be charged plus an additional fee of $5 per gallon.

5. No Smoking
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in all rental vehicles.
A $150 cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected.

6. No Pets
Pets are not allowed in any rental vehicle.
A $150 cleaning or damage fee may apply if pet hair, odors, or damage is found.
